In my opinion, the majority of boys (more than 50%) masturbate in Pakistan. I am now 45 years old, but when I was around 21 years old once a boy said that 95% of the boys masturbate (it was his opinion).

 

According to Quran Surah 24. An-Nur, Ayat 32-34 “And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” [24:32]

 

According to Fiqh Al Ahwat, Chapter Nikah (marriage) “Marriage is obligatory for a person who is suffering from sexual excitement to a dangerous extent and he fears that this situation may lead to adultery”.

 

According to Fiqh Al Ahwat, Chapter Hadood (limitations), if a person is found Masturbating then the Imam (Ruler) should arrange the marriage of such a person with money from Bait-ul-Maal (Treasury).

 

On average, puberty typically begins between 9 and 14 in males. Singulate mean age at marriage for males in Pakistan was 22.3 years in 1951, while in 1991 it rose to 26.5 years. In the 1800’s (19th Century) the age of marriage was quite low. In Pakistan, boys don’t have a sexual relationship before marriage as it is forbidden in Islam.

 

The time after puberty and before marriage is when boys masturbate because they have sexual desires that they have to fulfill. If someone is masturbating he is doing it because his sexual desire is not being fulfilled, and the solution is to get him married.

 

The main reason the marriage age is going higher is that people want to establish themselves financially and then get married. In Quran, it is written that Allah will enrich them from His bounty, so it is not required to wait for financial stability.

 

In my opinion, males should get married as early as possible.

 I have a gut feeling that America will attack Israel.   The people who blame America for supporting Israel in the genoside is Gaza should blame only Israel not America for Israel actions.
