Bureaucratic Form of Governance Proposal
Following is the letter I wrote to than chief of the Army staff of Pakistan General Ashfaq Pevez Kayani on 06 June 2011. In this letter, I suggested a Bureaucratic Form of Governance Proposal for Pakistan.
Dear General Ashfaq Pevez Kayani , Dated:
I am Shahzad
Haider. I have a proposal, by implementing this proposal we can take Pakistan
to a prosperous future. Our current form
of governance is democratic, we need to change it. My proposal is to change our
current form of governance to a new form of governance, which I would call Bureaucratic
Form of Governance (BFG).
Bureaucratic Form of Governance (BFG)
In this form
of governance there would be no President and Prime minister. Nor there would
be any Assembly or Senate.
In this form
of governance the head of the state would be the Head of The Bureaucracy and
the Bureaucrats would run the country.
This form of
governance is similar to Islamic Form of governance i.e. Shura.
Recommended Procedure to Follow to
implement Bureaucratic Form of Governance:
To bring
Bureaucratic Form of Governance (BFG) we need to end the current form of
governance i.e. Democratic Form of Governance. Politicians would never change
democratic form of governance, not because it is the best for of governance for
our country, but because of their personal interest.
Now
Following are the Steps to Follow;
1) You have to bring Marshal Law in the
country.
2) You need to end the current ordinance
and bring a new ordinance, in which the countries for of governance should be
changed from Democratic to Bureaucratic.
3) Hand over the government to the
Bureaucratic Head.
Since the
current ordinance would be completely finished and a new ordinance would be
brought in so there is no need to go into any procedure of Law. Since a new law
is brought in. It is not that we are amending a law. If we are amending a law
we need to follow law, if we are bringing altogether new law there is no need
to follow a law.
Thanks.
Have fun.
Shahzad
Haider
