 [idea of Comedy Film] A film/series idea where in society, there are two types of marriages, one is regular and the second is temporary. Earlier, temporary marriage was not registered; instead, people kept the manual registration form just in case a dispute arose, but now the government has introduced an online registration of temporary marriage.

Plot:

In society, there are two types of marriages. First is the regular marriage, which we know as marriage, and the other is a temporary marriage. 

Rules of Temporary marriage:

1) Both parties can end the agreement immediately, independently.

2) A married person needs permission from their spouse.

3) To start a new temporary marriage, you have to cancel your previous temporary marriage.

4) You need to be 18 years or older to get into a temporary marriage.

If the two people want to have Consensual sex, they just sign a paper stating that they are having consensual sex. If someone is raped, i.e., the sex is not consensual, it can be easily exposed. If a couple had a consensual agreement and they signed the temporary marriage form, they can easily know who the father is. If a woman blames a man for rape and he has a temporary marriage agreement, it proves the sex was consensual. 

People have a temporary marriage agreement at home, like they have a condom. They keep it, and before sex like they use condoms, the same way they sign this agreement. If a boy and a girl start a relationship like boyfriend and girlfriend, they sign it. If someone ends that relationship, they give the other a temporary marriage cancellation agreement. Simply said, the relationship is documented. 

Twist:

Now, the government has digitalized the process and introduced online registration of temporary marriages through an app that scans the fingerprints of both partners. 

Permanent married People were doing temporary marriage without the approval of their spouses, but now they cannot do that. If someone who is permanently married tries to register a temporary marriage, a notification is sent to the spouse asking for approval. If the spouse approves, the temporary marriage is registered. People get exposed trying to register a temporary marriage without the consent of their spouses.

Some people were having more than one temporary marriage without telling his/her partner, but now they are being exposed because you cannot register more than one temporary marriage at a time. If someone is already temporarily married, and he/she try to register another, a notification goes to his/her partner that he/she tried to register a temporary marriage, but the request was declined. The person can terminate the temporary marriage and enter into a new one. The people who have multiple temporary marriages cannot do that. People get exposed while trying to register multiple temporary marriages.
